Event Details

The importance of women in business and communities is irrefutable. However, for many, the progress in the advancement of female leadership has been less than hoped for. So how can we change that?

In this webinar, Professor Cari Guittard takes us through the top women's leadership trends for 2015. She'll expand upon the need for global and tri-sector leadership and the emerging skill sets required. Cari will also look at the increasing shift in mindset from focusing solely on women's leadership to gender intelligence. Last but not least, we’ll take a look at the idea of the Core Four – the essential personal elements of leadership.

So regardless of whether you’re male or female, join us on Wednesday, March 25th to learn how to make the most of the women’s leadership trends for 2015, how to leverage the strengths of both men and women to work more effectively, manage better and find best practices in communicating.
