Unilever’s European supply chain activities are managed from one centralized European Supply Chain organization based in Switzerland. This organization manages the buying of materials, production, transportation and warehousing of all our brands sold throughout Europe.
The management reporting of the financial European Supply Chain Results takes place from Rotterdam.
The Planning & Reporting department is based in Rotterdam and is officially reporting into the Supply Chain Controlling team based in Switzerland. The team is a multi-cultural organization, working on the European region results. The responsibility of our team is to deliver the European Supply Chain Management results and reporting of Working Capital and Stocks.
We are looking for an intern for 6 months to support our team on the reporting of the supply chain management results. To ensure business continuity in the team there is a need to document our processes and activities. You will start the internship with supporting in documenting the current official reporting activities. At the same time you will actually learn how to perform these activities. With that knowledge you will then gain real hands-on experience by actually performing some of these reporting activities in the June month end closure process. You will be in contact with different departments in the Unilever organization.
In the second half of this internship there will be other reporting activities to be picked up, or projects to participate in.
