After initial training you’ll spend 12 months focusing on either On- or Off- Trade sales, and then switch for the following year. In both cases you’ll be out in the field finding new customers, negotiating deals, looking for ways to grow volumes, and really activating our brands. Marketing projects throughout mean you’ll apply what you’re learning. And if you really impress us, you’ll be offered your first managerial role. With amazing training and mentoring from our top people, the program’s designed to help you build the career you want.
