Like our passion for developing great foods, we are also dedicated to the development of great leaders. KraftHeinz European Trainee Program (ETP) is a highly competitive development program for candidates seeking an exciting leadership career with KraftHeinz. Leaders in this program will contribute to our future – the next chapter in our incredible legacy – our dream. You will be part of our shared journey TO BE THE BEST FOOD COMPANY, GROWING A BETTER WORLD.
You are hired with a specific functional domain in mind but start your career at KraftHeinz with the ETP. The program starts with two weeks in the UK, followed by two weeks in the Netherlands after which you do your individual assignments in your home country (which we will decide during the selection process). At the conclusion of the program, top performers can anticipate that their career with this global leader in consumer goods will be based in Europe.
The first weeks, you participate in a bootcamp, a hands-on induction in different business units in order to accrue the experiences needed to be successful within a future leadership career. You then participate in two assignments that teach you the skills that will aid you in your first position. Each assignment focuses on the development of key technical, business, and leadership skills by completing high-level projects and giving you exposure to the European Leadership Team.
What will we deliver to you;
High Accountability – real autonomy
Real Meritocracy – the best succeed
Goal Setting – rigorous and aligned
Careers – promote from within
