The KraftHeinz European Trainee Program:

  • It’s a 4 month journey with two different assignments throughout various product lines, and functional groups of the KraftHeinz Company (Finance, Marketing, Field Sales, Commercial Management, Revenue Management, Human Resources, etc.).
  • You will be provided with business support and mentorship by the KraftHeinz Company throughout the program.
  • This journey is designed to broaden your overall knowledge of how a multi-faceted, multi-national corporation operates.
  • The Program is designed for future leaders who seek a performance based culture that is built on meritocracy - ambitious, hard-working, passionate employees who deliver results will be rewarded. And rewarded well.
  • Those employees successful in the program will experience accelerated career opportunities and exposure to aspects of our business not normally seen so early in a career. 

 

You are hired with a specific functional domain in mind but start your career at KraftHeinz with the ETP. The program starts with two weeks in the UK, followed by two weeks in the Netherlands after which you do your individual assignments in your home country (which we will decide during the selection process). At the conclusion of the program, top performers can anticipate that their career with this global leader in consumer goods will be based in Europe.

The first weeks, you participate in a bootcamp, a hands-on induction in different business units in order to accrue the experiences needed to be successful within a future leadership career. You then participate in two assignments that teach you the skills that will aid you in your first position. Each assignment focuses on the development of key technical, business, and leadership skills by completing high-level projects and giving you exposure to the European Leadership Team.

Profile - Basic Qualifications:

  • University Related Qualification equivalent to Upper Second-Class Degree in the UK, or a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree for Mainland Europe
  • Good knowledge of English language
