Liberty Global’s Management Development Programme (MDP) is an international finance-oriented traineeship consisting of (maximum) 6 half-year rotations within departments and offices located in Amsterdam (Schiphol-Rijk), London, Belgium and Germany. The Traineeship is designed to recruit talented finance and accounting/controlling graduates and prepare them for a rewarding and exciting international career within Liberty Global. We provide Trainees with a platform for accelerated development by exposing them to the many aspects of our company and industry and providing them with the hard and soft skills needed to become tomorrow’s successful managers and leaders.
Your responsibilities as a Trainee will be many and varied, depending on which rotation Department you are with.
In addition to these exciting rotations, you will also be involved in interdepartmental projects which will further increase your business knowledge and personal network.
