As an international trainee at Vattenfall, you are given the possibility to develop yourself professionally as well as personally during one year. The most important goal of the International Trainee Program is to prepare and develop you for future challenges as specialists or managers.
As a Trainee within Business Strategy you are responsible for supporting the Business Units in improving performance, productivity and efficiency. You are coordinating Asset Management and Environmental activities, developing strategic plans in cooperation with the Business Units as well as conducting Business Development activities.
