- Answering all incoming email inquiries in 5 minutes or less.
- Survey, interview customers to gather feedback.
- Providing invaluable user feedback to our Product Team.
- Consistently improving and enhancing our internal processes and systems.

Min Requirements:
- Bilingual: fluent in Dutch and English
- Clear written and verbal communication, understanding of social media tools.
- Passion for an environment, home energy management and kids education.
- We look for a 3rd or 4th year students.
- The internship is for at least 32 hours per week for 4-6 month.
- Starting date: immediately
You'll join an amazingly passionate team, dedicated to having fun, educating children, and (of course) saving the polar bears! A place in a fast growing company and a lot of freedom and responsibility. You will be able to enjoy our lovely Amsterdam office in the city center shared with dozens of amazing startups; and another week taking a tour to our Berlin office - the most exciting European capitals. Working in ‘startup mode’ can be challenging but is for sure rewarding and exciting. We are in the same building as Rockstart (Accelerator), where you can fully surrender to the startup vibes and attend drinks, meetups and other events with numerous startups.
